Meike International Holdings (HKG:0953) says that it expects unaudited consolidated net profit for the year ended 31 December 2011 to decrease compared to that for 2010 mainly because of a subsidy granted to the distributors of the group at the end of 2011.

The company plans to announce its 2011 results next month.
