Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties signed an agreement with the land regulator in Weifang, Shandong Province and won the right to use a piece of land with 315 million yuan. The 140-mu (about 93,300 square meters) land will be used to build a large-scale urban complex.

 

It was located in the downtown area, which was easily accessible by public transport, and had sound infrastructure facilities.

 

The Beijing-based Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties is a leading company in Chinese commercial real estate industry and is specialized in investment and management of shopping centers, five-star hotels, office buildings and residential housing. It has 49 Wanda Plaza shopping centers nationwide, which amount to more than 9 million square meters.
