Regulations on Safe Management of Radioactive Waste (No. 612 Order of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China)
The current regulations is developed for the purpose of strengthening safe management of radioactive waste, protecting the environment and ensuring human health in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution.
Radioactive waste mentioned in the current Regulations refers to the waste containing radionuclide or being contaminated by radionuclide with its radionuclide concentration or specific activity bigger than clearance level specified by the State and is expected not in use.
The activities such as treatment, storage, disposal, supervision and management of radioactive waste are applicable to the current Regulations.
The competent environmental protection department of the State Council shall take charge unified supervision and management of the safety of radioactive waste across the country.
The competent nuclear industry department and other relevant departments of the State Council shall be responsible for the management of radioactive wastes according to the requirements of the current Regulations and their own functions.
The competent environmental protection departments and other relevant departments of the people’s government at or above county level shall be responsible for management of radioactive wastes within their administrative region according to the requirements of the current regulations and their own functions.

Guideline for Air Quality Assessment of Passenger Car (GB/T 27630-2011)
The current standard is developed for the purpose of implanting Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China, ensuring human health and promoting science & technology development.
The current standard specifies the concentration limits of chemicals such as benzene, toluene, dimethylbenzene, ethylbenzene, styrene, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein in the air within vehicles.
The current standard is applicable to assessment of indoor air quality of passenger cars.
The current standard is mainly applicable to new cars under marketing. In-service passenger cars may refer to this standard.
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
Soil--Determination of exchangeable acidity by barium chloride extraction--Titration method (HJ 631-2011)
The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, protecting the environment, ensuring human health and standardizing the method determining exchangeable acidity in soil.
The current standard specifies the barium chloride extraction--titration method that is employed to determine exchangeable acidity in soil.
The current standard is applicable to the determination of exchangeable acidity in acid soil.
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
Soil — Determination of Total Phosphorus by Alkali Fusion — Mo-Sb Anti Spectrophotometric Method (HJ 632-2011)
The current standard is developed for the purpose of implementing Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, protecting the environment, ensuring human health and standardizing the method determining TP in soil.
The current standard specifies the alkali fusion—Mp-Sb anti-spectrophotometric method that determines total concentration of phosphorus in soil.
The current standard is applicable to the determination of total phosphorus in soil.
The current standard is issued for the first time in China.
