China Unicom, the country's second telecommunications operator, launched a new mobile gaming platform on Tuesday, and has partnered with Finnish gaming developer Rovio Entertainment to release the latest version of the popular mobile game Angry Birds.
The mobile gaming platform which now supports Android system will offer over 3000 games and gradually be improved to support iOS and Windows Phone systems.
The new Angry Birds will debut on China Unicom's online handset game center on March 29, according to officials.
