Climax International (HKG:0439) announces that as at 4:00 p.m. on 25 April 2012, being the latest time for acceptance of and payment for the offer shares, a total of 270.483 million offer shares were received, representing approximately 58.87% of the total number.

The underwriting agreement has become unconditional. The underwriter has subscribed the unsubscribed 188.981 million offer shares.

The first day of dealings in the offer shares is expected to commence on 7 May 2012.
