Enterprise management software developer Yonyou Software (600588.SH) (formerly known as UFIDA) signed a partnership agreement with China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) recently for partnerships in the field of "enterprise E-Surfing applications / Yonyou mobile applications." These will include:

1) Yonyou and China Telecom will jointly launch efforts to port and migrate PC-based web interfaces for enterprise management software to mobile handset-based interfaces, aiding China Telecom's expansion of the personal mobile subscriber market;

2) Yonyou and China Telecom will offer mobile applications and all-in-one solutions for CRM, OA, CDM, and industry software, among other products, targeting the companies' combined base of millions of enterprise clients;

3) Yonyou will build on its enterprise management software systems and integrate China Telecom's mobile resources, partnering with the operator to jointly develop mobile informatization solutions using a "mobile platform (cloud) + mobile terminal" model.
