ZTE Corporation (SHE:000063, HKG:0763) announced that it has received a document issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) approving its issue of corporate bonds with a nominal value of not more than RMB6 billion to the public.
The corporate bonds will be issued in tranches. The first tranche with no less than 50% of the total nominal value of the issue will be issued within 6 months after the approval; the remaining tranches will be completed within 24 months after the approval. The reply will be valid for 24 months from the date of approval.
ZTE's board of directors will conduct matters relevant to the issue of corporate bonds to the public within the valid period of the approval documents.
