(SHA:600837, HKG:6837) announced that it has recently received "The Approval on the Establishment of Four Branch Companies in Hunan and Other Areas by Haitong Securities Co., Ltd." from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), approving the Company to establish a branch company in each of Changsha of Hunan Province, Shijiazhuang of Heibei Province, Xi’an of Shaanxi Province and Nanning of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The business scope of all these branch companies is to manage the securities branches and to operate securities underwriting and sponsorship business in their respective province.
