Kaisa Group (HKG:1638) said that its property sales in June with contracts signed totalled RMB1.5 billion, up 30% on month but down 12% on year. The property area sold pursuant to the contracts amounted to 255,752 square metres, an increase of 15% on month but a reduction of 5% on year. The average selling price was RMB6,018 per square metre.

For the first 6 months ended 30 June 2012, contract sales totalled RMB6.5 billion, up 44% on year. The total area sold was 1.103 million square metres, an increase of 77% on year. Average selling price was RMB5,858 per square metre.
