August 24 -- Stanley Fertilizer (002588.SZ) plans to invest 200 million yuan to set up a subsidiary and build fertilizer production lines, reports yicai.com. Specifically, Stanley Fertilizer will build four 150,000-ton production lines of new compound fertilizer, one 200,000-ton tower facility of compound fertilizer and one 200,000-ton production line of bulk blending fertilizer.

Stanley Fertilizer’s new subsidiary will be located in Ningling county, Shaanxi province, where it will receive ample support from the local government, the source said. Incentives include low land rent, a low tax rate and a stable power supply. This new subsidiary’s registered capital is 100 million yuan.
