September 7 – CITIC Guoan Information Industry (000839.SZ) reported that controlling subsidiary Guoan Tongxing plans to acquire full stakes in Shanghai CITIC Guoan International Trade Limited from Guoan Electricity and Guoan Construction, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The target firm, with registered capital of 28.33 million yuan, had net asset of 31.66 million yuan and yielded interim net profits of 630,600 yuan at the end of June.

Shanghai CITIC Guoan International Trade will be sold for 30.5 million yuan, in addition to liabilities of 35.42 million yuan. Guoan Electricity and Guoan Construction, both wholly controlled subsidiaries of CITIC Guoan Group, have 42.34 percent and 4.71 percent interests in the target company.
