November 21 -- Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry (000422.SZ), a major producer of ammonia and urea, said projects by its Xinjiang-based subsidiary to produce 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 600,000 tons of urea, were included in the list of important technology upgrading programs by the government, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

With the inclusion, the company hopes to obtain subsidies of 79.21 million yuan from the central government.

The subsidies will not be included in the company's 2011 operating performance.
