7 Days Inn announced in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province on March 26 that its board named the current chief executive officer Zheng Nanyan to be its co-chairman, which was part of its management change. The appointment was effective from March 23 and Zheng Nanyan would continue to be CEO until June 30. After that Lin Yuezhou will take the post from him.

With the move, Zheng Nanyan will hand the daily operations to the latter and focus on the company’s new strategic plan, which includes new hotel brand aimed at high-level market, further development of its e-commerce platform and more services to its members.
