Agile Property Holdings Limited () announced that it had realized contract sales of RMB6.39 billion in the first quarter this year or 520,000 sqm by area and the average price under such contracts was RMB12,200/sqm, of which, contract sales in March totaled RMB2.2 billion or 219,000 sqm by area and every price under such contracts was RMB10,000/sqm.

Management stated that sales performance for the first quarter met the expectation and proposed to launch several new projects in Zhongshan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Nanjing and Shenyang starting form the second quarter this year.
