Yuzhou Properties (HKG:1628) announced that its contract sales amounted to RMB882 million in May - up 13% on month and up 156% on year. The total contract sales by area amounted to 107,374 sqm - an increase of 20% on month and up 245% on year.

As of the end of May, contract sales totalled RMB3.155 billion - up 116% on year, or 367,943 sqm - up 158% on year. The average selling price for the first 5 months was RMB8,575 per sqm.
