DAHU AQUACULTURE CO.,LTD. announced that it plans to issue 35-50 million A shares of common stock, at a price of RMB 7.21 per share in private placement. The Company expects to raise RMB 252.35-360.50 million from the issue. The target subscriber will be a Hunan-based holding company.
