China supplied 1.58-mil mt jet to international flight in the first half of this year, up by 23% from a year earlier, according to data released by the General Administration of Customs.
The volume accounted for 46% of China's total jet exports in the period.
The rise could be attributable to 7.6% year-on-year increase in the total transport turnover of civil aviation in the six months, hitting 27.4-bil mt-km.
China's exports of jet by the name of bonded goods plunged by 39% on month to 308,000mt in the January-June period, indicated the data.
The country exported 1.41-mil mt of jet produced from supplied materials in the period, up by 18% year-on-year, the GAC data showed. Most of the resource was destined for Hong Kong, Macao, Vietnam and Singapore.
In addition, China exported 117,000mt of jet under feeding processing trade and exported 9,000mt by the name of general trade.
