Anhui Fangxing Science & Tech Co., Ltd. announced that it expects its net profit for the first half of fiscal year 2011 to be RMB 32.86 million, compared to that of same period last year (RMB 20.20 million). The Company cited the completion of major asset reorganization and change of financial statement consolidation as the main reasons for this forecast.
