Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 2.70 per 10 shares (after tax) to holders of A shares recorded on June 20, 2011. For B shares, the Company will pay equivalent HKD to holders of B shares recorded on June 23, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on June 21, 2011.
