Shandong Huatai Paper Company Limited announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.0008 per share (after tax) and stock dividend of one share per 10 shares, and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute seven new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on August 5, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on August 8, 2011.
