Double Coin Holdings Ltd. announced that it will use undistributed profits to pay a cash dividend of RMB 0.0972 per share (after tax) to holders of A shares record on June 7, 2011, and pay a cash dividend of USD 0.014951 per share to holders of B shares record on June 10, 2011.The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend on June 8, 2011.
