HSBC SFH is planning a series of investor meetings for its new EUR8 billion covered bond program, a syndicate official said Tuesday.

Soci t  de Financement de l'Habitat, or SFH, is French covered bond legislation introduced this year. The framework intends to reduce refinancing risk for the issuer and improve credit quality for investors.

The program is available for immediate issuance. Any transaction will be subject to market conditions.
