August 24 -- Yahgee Modular House (002314.SZ)  posted a 10.88-percent increase in net profit from the first half of 2011 to 1.9 million yuan, with earnings per share of 0.25 yuan, reports p5w.net, citing a company filing. Revenue increased 17.04 percent to 1.208 billion yuan during the reporting period. Percentage changes cited in this article are year-on-year.

Yahgee House predicts its net profit will change by a range of negative 10 percent and 20 percent growth in the first three quarters. Its net profit was 103 million yuan in the same period last year.

Yahgee House is involved in the construction, rental and sales of prefabricated homes.
