The Social Security Fund sold 35 million H shares of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China 601398.SH at an average price of 5.16 Hong Kong dollars per share on August 30, marking its fourth reduction in ICBC’s stake.

The fund will hold a 15.95 percent of stake in ICBC after the reduction. It had sold 40.1 million shares in ICBC in March, 35 million shares in June, and nine million shares in August.
