Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) and the Hong Chi Association are staging their eighth annual Climbathon for the benefit of the mentally challenged.  SHKP believes in good corporate citizenship and sponsors a wide range of charitable activities.

SHKP will provide the race venue at Central Plaza and sponsor a team made up of SHKP staff and Hong Chi students for the 75-floor stair climbing relay challenge.  It will also host fundraisers in its malls and residential estates.

SHKP is committed to serving the community by providing timely assistance to the needy and encouraging staff to take part in community and charitable events.  Other events it supports include the Ngong Ping Charity Walk, Run-Up Two IFC Charity Race and the MTR Hong Kong Race Walk to promote the spirit of teamwork and giving among employees.
