   Date:2011/09/19

Wet-process PCB equipment maker Ampoc Far-East has stated that order visibility for its HDI-board production equipment has extended to the first quarter of 2012.

Revenues were up 41% on year to NT$1.17 billion (US$39.55 million) in the first half of 2011, and the company expects its revenues to stay flat or grow within a range of 5% in the second half due to a high base recorded in the first half.

Net profits totaled NT$166 million in the first half, increasing 127% from a year earlier. The earnings translated into an EPS of NT$1.45 for the six-month period.

The company is expected to post an EPS of NT$3 for all of 2011, higher than the NT$2.5 projected previously, according to estimates by local securities houses.
