November 3 -- Sichuan Dikang Sci and Tech Pharmaceutical Industry (600466.SH) said major shareholder, Sichuan Languang Industrial Group, sold 21.87 million shares, or a 4.98 percent stake, in the company during the period between October 26, and November 2, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

Following the stake disposal, Sichuan Languang Industrial Group holds 65.52 million shares, or a 14.92 percent stake, in the listed company.
