November 10 -- Gansu Duyiwei Biological Pharmaceutical (002219.SZ) said controlling shareholder Que Wenbin yesterday sold 10 million shares, or 2.68 percent of total equity, at 12.98 yuan per share, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

Following the share sale, Que holds a 63.27 percent stake, and remains the company's controlling shareholder.
