November 11 -- Friendship Group, the controlling shareholder of Dalian Friendship (Group) (000679.SZ), sold three million shares in the listed company on November 8, and another four million shares on November 9, accounting for 1.96 percent of the company’s total share capital, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

Friendship Group sold a total of 11 million shares in the listed company from November 3 to November 9, accounting for 3.08 percent of the listed company’s total share capital.

After the share sales, Friendship Group holds 139.7 million shares, or a 39.19 percent stake, in the listed company.
