November 8 -- Beijing Double-Crane Pharmaceutical (600062.SH) plans to swap its stake of 13.93 million shares in Beijing Pharmaceutical with China Resources Beijing Pharmaceutical Investment's 96.296 percent stake in Shanghai Treeful Pharmaceutical, reports China Business News, citing a company filing.

The 13.93 million shares in Beijing Pharma will be sold for 79.26 million yuan, while the 96.296 percent stake in Shanghai Treeful Pharma was valued at 92.06 million yuan.

The discrepancy will be paid for in cash.
