November 24 -- Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts (000887.SZ), a company which sells rubber, said effective controller, natural person Xia Dinghu, yesterday purchased 186,400 shares, or a stake of 0.03 percent, at an average price of 10.73 yuan per share, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

Anhui Zhongding Holding Group has a 56.87 percent stake in Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts, while Xia has a 53.74 percent shareholding in the former.

According to the report, Xia is optimistic about the potential of the company, and may up his stake by up to one percent over the next 12 months.
