Hainan Zhenghe Industrial Group Co., Ltd announced that it plans to launch an asset swap with a Beijing-based investment company (Company A). According to the plan, the Company will divest a 90% stake in a Beijing-based real estate company, a 100% stake in a Beijing-based real estate company, a 60% stake in a Beijing-based real estate company and commercial properties in Guangxi to Company A. In return, the Company will acquire a 32.78% stake in a Chifeng-based mining company and a 100% stake in another Chifeng-based mining company from Company A.
