CIMC Enric Holdings (03899.HK) has agreed to buy Nantong CIMC Transportation & Storage Equipment Co., Ltd (Nantong Transport) from connected persons for RMB66.49 million.

Nantong Transport is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of special vehicles, including cryogenic tank trucks and liquefied petroleum gas trailers.

CIMC Enric said that in order to enhance its production capacity of liquefied natural gas trailers and other cryogenic products, being one of its major products, it decided to acquire Nantong Transport.
