CSR Corporation Limited (601766.SH, 01766.HK) has recently entered into several major contracts with an aggregate value of RMB5.87 billion, including contracts entered into with the Ministry of Railways of the PRC in relation to EMU overhaul with a total value of RMB2.07 billion.

Bombardier Sifang (Qingdao) Transportation Ltd., a 50%-owned subsidiary of CSR, has also entered into contracts with the Ministry of Railways in relation to EMU overhaul with a total value of RMB0.36 billion.
