The Foxconn Group on December 1 started construction of a 5-story and 12-story building for cloud computing R&D and technological innovation incubation in the Kaohsiung Software Park in southern Taiwan, with group president Terry Guo moderating a groundbreaking ceremony.
According to Chinese-language newspaper Economic Daily News, The two buildings will cost about NT$2 billion (US$66.4 million) and eventually house 3,000 software engineers.
