"The first directory of high-level overseas talent introduced by Shanghai" was released on Dec. 14.

Nine state-owned enterprises, including Shanghai Electric Group, Shanghai Automobile Group and Shanghai Modern Architectural Design Group, which are prestigious enterprises in their respective industries, opened 72 positions for high-end talent in order to promote the development of state-owned enterprises and make them innovation driven.

Among the 72 positions, 64 are for technicians and eight for managers.
