IN respect of the acquisition of the land use rights, buildings and production facilities of Arjowiggins Chenming in an open auction on December 8, China Sunshine Paper (02002.HK) announced that the consideration of the acquisition should be RMB203 million, instead of RMB180 million as stated in the company's December 19 announcement.
