Noble House (China) Holdings Limited (HKG:8246), whose shares will be listed on the GEM by way of share placing, has announced that the placing price is HK$0.72 per share, the median of the prospective pricing range.

The stock will be listed tomorrow.

The placing shares have been slightly over-subscribed. The company has conditionally placed 98 million shares to a total of 165 selected individual, professional and institutional investors. The net proceeds are estimated to be HK$29.5 million.
