RICHMOND, U.K. – Camper and Nicholsons First Eastern, a joint venture company between Camper and Nicholsons Marina Investments Ltd and First Eastern Investment Group, announced that the company was appointed by Chinese developer Financial Street Holdings to carry out commercial and operational studies, as well as design, for the Oceania Point Marina in Huizhou, China.
The project will be part of a 29 square kilometer (18 square mile) international resort, with golf courses, five-star hotels, and conference centers, as well as other amenities. The marina will offer berthing for yachts and megayachts, and will attract international clients as well as owners of residences within the Oceania Point Marina.
“Our project required the highest level of international marine experience coupled with an understanding of our market in China. Camper & Nicholsons First Eastern is uniquely qualified to meet our needs,” Yang Zhao Hui of Financial Street Holdings said in a release. Hui is the project’s general manager.
CNFE CEO Nick Maris said in the release, “This ambitious and high quality development is one we are proud to be associated with and we look forward to working with Financial Street Holdings to deliver a world class marina.”
