Skyfame Realty (HKG:0059) announced that it has signed a deed with its executive director and deputy chairman, Derrick Lau Yat-tung, for termination of Lau's director service contract with effect from January 9. The termination is due to Lau's ill health that had affected his work performance, the company said. Upon termination of his service contract, Lau also ceased to be a member of the nomination committee of the company.

Lau confirmed that he had no disagreement with other members of the company's board of directors and there was no matter in respect of the termination of his service contract that should be brought to the attention of the company's shareholders.
