Shanghai Tianma Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Tianma Micro-Electronics Co., Ltd., both are holding subsidiaries of CATIC Shenzhen Holdings (HKG:0161), has received project funding of RMB14.21 million and RMB5.44 million, respectively.

CATIC Shenzhen will include the said government subsidies into the non-sales income in 2011, which will be recognized as a profit/loss for the period.
