Wharf (HKG:0004) announced that application has been made to the Stock Exchange for the listing of and permission to deal in the US$600 million 4.625% guaranteed notes due 2017 to be issued under the US$3 billion medium term note programme by way of an issue to professional investors only.

The listing of and permission to deal in the notes is expected to become effective on 9 February 2012.
