The board of directors of Sands China Ltd. will meet on January 31 for the purpose of considering the payment of an interim dividend, the company has announced.

If approved, it will be the first time Sands China Ltd. has paid a dividend.

Wynn Macau Ltd. and SJM Holdings Ltd. are the only Macau casino operators to have ever paid a dividend.
