Chongqing Iron & Steel (SHA:601005, HKG:1053) announced that it entered into finance lease agreements to lease equipment from Unismart International Leasing Company Ltd. for a term of 60 months. The total financing amount is approximately RMB1.065 billion.

Chongqing Iron & Steel believes that entering into of the finance lease agreements would broaden its financing channels and is beneficial to the smooth construction of its Changshou New District.
