Handan Steel, affiliated to Hebei Steel Group signs a strategical cooperative agreement with XinYuanTai Steel Pipe Group Company Limited in Cangzhou, Hebei.

This move further enhances their cooperation on steel and pipeline steel for natural gas use. Also, the two parties are to establish a strategical cooperative relationship on procurement broadening markets and research and development.
