Global shipments of large-sized TFT-LCD panels in February stood at 59.58 million, growing 14.4% on month, according to WitsView.
Taiwan-based Chimei Innolux and AU Optronics saw their shipments increase 30% and 16%, respectively, while Samsung Electronics and LG Display saw sequential growth of 5% and 10%.
Global shipments of large-sized panels in March will increase 2-3% on month, while first-quarter shipments will decrease 2-3% due to off-season effects, WitsView said.
