The Zhejiang Daily Media Group yesterday proposed to acquire two subsidiaries of Chinese online media and game operator Shanda Interactive, board game developer Hangzhou Bianfeng Software Technology and online game platform Shanghai Holdfast Online Information Technology, through a non-public purchase.
