A spokesperson from China's Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) recently disclosed that a national cloud computing development plan has been approved by the State Council, and will be publicly issued in the coming weeks. The plan will detail the aims of cloud computing development, key initiatives, and technical strategies and support systems that will be focal points throughout the duration of the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015).
