Far East Horizon Limited (HKG:3360) said that it has recently entered into a first syndicated loan agreement with a syndicate in the Taiwan market. The syndicate is jointly led by Cathay United Bank and UBS AG, Singapore Branch with supports and participation from 19 well-known banks.

A syndicated loan of up to US$200 million is available to Far East Horizon under the syndicated loan agreement, which will be applied towards general corporate purposes of the company.
