China 3C Group, a major retailer and distributor of consumer and business products, announced that its subsidiary Hangzhou Sanhe Electronic Technology has signed an agreement with Amoisonic Electronics Company Limited, one of largest electronics manufacturer in China.

Under the terms of the agreement, Hangzhou Sanhe will be an authorized retailer and distributor of Amoisonic DVD and digital audio and video products in Zhejiang province. It is expected to provide China 3C Group with annual revenues of approximately $3.5 million in 2007.

Zhenggang Wang, CEO of China 3C Group, said, "Through our cooperation with Amoisonic, our sales in DVD and digital audio and video products will be increased significantly and it will further strengthen our leadership in the Zhejiang market."
